DMCA Notice and Takedown Policy

IPTV Xtream respects intellectual property. Rights holders who believe their work is being infringed in connection with iptvxtream.org can notify us, and we will act on valid notices.

How to notify us

Use the contact page, choose the topic "Other" and begin your message with "DMCA notice". A valid notice should contain:

• Identification of the copyrighted work concerned.
• Identification of the material claimed to infringe, with enough detail to locate it.
• Your contact details: name, address, email and phone.
• A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.
• A physical or electronic signature.

Our response

On receiving a complete notice we review it promptly and, where justified, remove or disable access to the material. If details are missing we will ask for them.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice by the same route, explaining the reason and including your contact details and signature.

Repeat infringers

Accounts associated with repeated infringement may be terminated.
