IPTV Xtream collects only what it needs to deliver your login and answer your questions. This policy explains what that is.
Information you give us
- Free test form: email address, country, phone or WhatsApp number, and device. Used to create and send your test login.
- Order form: name, email, country, phone, device and chosen plan. Used to send the payment link and your login, and to support your account.
- Contact form: name, email, country, phone, topic and message. Used to reply.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider records standard technical data, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers, and we do not sell data.
Payments
Payments are completed on a separate secure page provided by a payment service. We never see or store full card numbers.
Service providers
We rely on a web hosting and security provider and on a transactional email provider to send form messages and replies. They act on our instructions only.
Retention
Test and contact data is kept for up to one year. Order data is kept while your plan is active and afterwards for as long as accounting obligations require.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your data through the contact page. We may need to keep some order records where the law requires it.
Age
The service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Updates to this policy are reflected in the revision date above.
